Norma Lee Steele, 50, passed away at home, with her family by her side, on Monday, July 23, 2018. She was born on Dec., 31, 1967, in Milford, Del., to the late Emory B. Wright and Norma V. Melson Wright.
Steele worked as a cook in the restaurant business. She enjoyed going to Ocean Downs Slots in Berlin, Md., playing bingo, going to the horse races and, most of all, spending time with her family. She was a devoted wife, mother and sister who will be missed dearly by all who know her.
In addition to her parents, Steele was preceded in death by a sister, Patricia Levis, and a brother, Jesse Wright. She is survived by her beloved husband of 31 years, Louis W. Steele, of Dagsboro, Del.; two children, Jeffrey Wayne Bifano III and Cali Marie Bifano, both of Dagsboro; a sister, Georgianna Davidson and her husband, Donald, of Millsboro, Del.; three brothers, Emory Wright Jr. of Georgetown, Del., Chester Wright and his wife, Amy, of Frankford, Del., and Donald Wright of Gumboro, Del.; and many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
A graveside service was scheduled for July 31, 2018, at St. George’s Cemetery in Clarksville, Del., officiated by the Rev. Robert Hudson. Condolences may be sent online at www.watsonfh.com.
