NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Ocean View will review a request submitted by the Evergreene Companies for a Revision to a Previously Approved Site Plan (Application P-279) for a proposed privacy fence at the rear of Tidewaters townhouse units 1-4, on property zoned GB-1/S.E. (General Business District 1 with a Special Exception), located at 2, 4, 6 & 8 Bluefin Court (PIDN’s: 298.001, 298.002, 298.003 & 298.004 / CTM# 134-13.00-36.00 units 1-4).
This review is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. or as soon as possible thereafter on Thursday, November 15, 2018, in the Ocean View Town Hall located at 32 West Avenue. All interested parties are welcome to attend.
The appropriate material may be examined by interested parties on the second floor of the Wallace A.
