Arrington commits to American U. field hockey

On Nov. 14, Worcester Preparatory School (WPS) senior Hailee Arrington of Salisbury, Md., officially committed to play Division I women’s field hockey at American University in Washington, D.C. Arrington was honored during a ceremony at school surrounded by family, coaches and school administrators.

In addition to being a member of the National Honor Society and National Art Honor Society, Arrington was voted ESIAC Field Hockey Player of the Year, team MVP, All-Conference and captain.

WPS Head Field Hockey Coach Katie Oxenreider added, “I’m so excited to watch Hailee thrive at the college level. She is a perfect fit for American, both athletically and academically, and I couldn’t be happier for her.”
