Sevim T. “Sam” Domangue, 84, of Ocean City, Md., died Monday, Nov. 5, 2018, at Berlin (Md.) Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. She was born in Zonguldak, Turkey, daughter of the late Muhittin Tuncok.
Domangue retired from work at Singer-Link as a mechanical engineer. She was a very active member of The Church of the Holy Spirit in Ocean City.
She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Harris J. Domangue; a son, Ersin L. Domangue and his wife, Jacqueline, of Woodbine, Md.; two daughters, Lale D. LaPointe of Selbyville, Del., and Suzy L. LaPointe Browne and her husband, Thom, of Arizona; a brother, Mete Tuncok; seven grandchildren, Leanne LaPointe, Nicholas LaPointe, Joshua Domangue, Sarah Domangue, Aaron Domangue, Jared Domangue, Harris Domangue; and two great-grandchildren, Alexandra Strebe and Desirae Godwin.
A funeral service was to be held Nov. 16, 2018, at The Church of Holy Spirit, Ocean City, Md., with the Rev. Joseph Rushton officiating.
