The Parish of St. Ann, located at 691 Garfield Parkway, Bethany Beach, will host its 39th Annual Bazaar on Aug. 1-3. Three large buildings, plus tented areas, will sell new and gently used hand-picked items, including linens, jewelry, small appliances, housewares, kitchenware, Christmas and religious items, books, hand-painted items, toys, bikes, furniture, gardening, outdoor furniture, tools and more.
The event also offers sausage subs, barbecue sandwiches, hot dogs, rootbeer floats and more, for those who get hungry while perusing the items on offer. They will be accepting cash and credit cards.
Premier Night, on Thursday, Aug. 1, from 3 to 7 p.m. offers early access with a $5 donation at the door. The Silent Auction will also open Aug. 1 and end with the closing bell on Saturday, Aug. 3 at 12:30 p. m.
The Bazaar will continue on Friday, Aug. 2, from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday, Aug. 3, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. There will be a cash raffle drawing on Saturday, Aug. 3, at 12:15 p.m. Other raffles include a three-piece outdoor wicker set, a You-Pick-It raffle and a custom-designed queen-sized quilt. The raffles will be drawn on Saturday, Aug. 3, at 12 p.m.
