BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN BY the Board of Adjustment of the Town of Ocean View that a public hearing will be held on Application V-390, submitted by the property owners, the Ocean View Presbyterian Church. The applicants request variances from Article X, §140-64 in order to install an identification sign which will exceed the maximum allowable square footage of 24 square feet per side, be placed closer than 50 feet from the property line and also closer than 30 feet from the street line. The property owners wish to install the identification sign on their cemetery lot, on property zoned R-1 (Single-Family Residential District), located at

88 & 90 Atlantic Avenue (PIDNs 088.000 & 087.000 / CTM#s: 134-12.00-434.00 & 433.00)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN BY the Board of Adjustment of the Town of Ocean View that a public hearing will be held on Application V-391, submitted by Becker Morgan Group, Inc., on behalf of their client CGS, LLC, with the permission of the property owners Ocean View Specialists, LLC (88 Atlantic Avenue) and Michael E. & Charlotte A. Marine (90 Atlantic Avenue). The applicant is requesting a Special Exception, as required by Article IV, §140-24 of the Land Use and Development Chapter of the Town Code, in order to establish a Dental Office on properties zoned GB-1 (General Business District 1), located at 88 & 90 Atlantic Avenue (PIDNs 088.000 & 087.000 / CTM#: 134-12.00-434.00 & 433.00).
These hearings will be held at the Town Hall located at 32 West Avenue beginning at 7:00 p.m. or as soon as possible thereafter on Thursday, June 20, 2019. All interested parties are welcome to attend and present their views. If unable to attend the public hearing, written comments will be accepted but must be received prior to the hearing.
The appropriate material may be examined by interested parties on the second floor of the Wallace A. Melson Municipal Building located at 201 Central Avenue between 8:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. through 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. For additional information, please contact Kenneth L.
