Town of Ocean View - June 20, '19 P&Z Meeting Notice


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Ocean View will review the following applications:

•P-323: A Concept Land Development Site Plan submitted by the property owner Joel T. Antonioli, Sr., in order to establish a general business (microbrewery) on property zoned GB-1 (General Business District 1) located at 1 Town Road (PIDN:  284.090 / Sussex CTM# 134-13.00-1101.00). 

•P-324: A Preliminary Land Development Site Plan submitted by the property owners Adams Family Enterprises, LLC, D.B.A. Shipwrecked, LLC, in order to establish a general business (miniature golf course) on property zoned GB-1 (General Business District 1) located at 3 Atlantic Avenue (PIDN: 284.002 / Sussex CTM# 134-13.00-30.00). 

•P-325: A Land Development Site Plan submitted by the property owners Michael W. & Catherine A. Dorothy for a lot combination to combine two (2) parcels of land into one (1) parcel on property zoned R-1 (Single-Family Residential District) located at 39 & 41 Woodland Avenue (PIDNs: 179.040 & 179.050 / Sussex CTM#s: 134-12.00-556.01 & 556.00).

These reviews are scheduled for 6 p.m. or as soon as possible thereafter on Thursday, June 20, 2019, in the Ocean View Town Hall located at 32 West Avenue. All interested parties are welcome to attend.

The appropriate material may be examined by interested parties on the second floor of the Wallace A. Melson Municipal Building located at 201 Central Avenue between 8:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. through 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
