Larry A. Hayes, 71, of Georgetown, Del., passed away at his home on July 18, 2019. He was born in Milford, Del., on Nov. 17, 1947, to the late Arthur Hayes and Ethel Givens Hayes.
Hayes was active in Boy Scouts and served in several leadership positions with Troop 102, ultimately earning the highest honor in scouting, Eagle Scout. After graduating from Milford High School, he served in the U.S. Army and was a veteran of service in Vietnam.
