Town of Ocean View - Feb. 20, '20 P&Z Meeting Notice


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Ocean View will review the following applications:

•P-258/P-260: A Review of the Plan for Phase IV of the Ocean View Beach Club Residential Planned Community (R.P.C.) submitted by Windansea, LLC, in accordance with the conditions set forth by Ordinance 214 adopted by Town Council on March 6, 2007.  The Ocean View Beach Club is zoned Residential Planned Community (R.P.C.) and is located at the intersection of Muddy Neck Road and Beach Club Avenue (PIDN: 408.000 / Sussex CTM# 134-17.00-11.00).

•P-328: A Final Land Development Site Plan submitted by Becker Morgan Group, Inc., on behalf of the property owner, Ocean View Partners, LLC. The plan proposes to establish a multi-use building on property zoned GB-1 (General Business District 1) located at 88 & 90 Atlantic Avenue (PIDNs: 088.000 & 087.000 / Sussex CTM#s 134-12.00-434.00 & 433.00).

•P-329: A General Business Site Plan submitted by the property owners VNS Limited Partnership for the purposes of converting a temporary rear entrance off of Evans Avenue into a permanent rear entrance on property zoned GB-1 (General Business District 1) located at 63 Atlantic Avenue (PIDN: 201.120 / Sussex CTM# 134-12.00-1227.00).

•P-331: A Land Development Site Plan submitted by the property owners, Jeffrey A. & Stephanie A. Wilkinson for a subdivision of one (1) parcel of land into two (2) parcels on property zoned R-1 (Single-Family Residential) located at 6 Elliott Avenue (PIDN: 135.002 / Sussex CTM# 134-12.00-327.00).

These reviews are scheduled for 6:00 p.m. or as soon as possible thereafter on Thursday, February 20, 2020, in the Ocean View Town Hall located at 32 West Avenue. All interested parties are welcome to attend.

The appropriate material may be examined by interested parties on the second floor of the Wallace A. Melson Municipal Building located at 201 Central Avenue between 8:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. through 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
