Notice is hereby given that Dayna Louise Aliberti intends to present a Petition to the Court of Common Please for the State of Delaware in and for Sussex County to change the names of her minor children from Megan Elizabeth Mitchell to Megan Elizabeth Aliberti and from Dustin Pierce Mitchell to Dustin Pierce Aliberti, respectively.
