The Frankford Public Library will hold its annual Cinco de Mayo celebration on Sunday, May 6, from 2 to 4 p.m. at the library in downtown Frankford.

The event will feature live music with the Tornado de La Cumbia Band and dancing. It will also feature children’s arts and crafts, workshops, food, games and activities for the entire family.

Although Mexican in its origins, the Cinco de Mayo Festival has become a larger “Latin American family reunion” for the Frankford Public Library, explained library staff.

The festival is free, open to all and will be held rain or shine.
