BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT HEARING
March 22, 2012 (7:00 PM)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN BY the Board of Adjustment for the Town of Millville that a Public Hearing will be held at 7:00 pm, on Thursday, March 22, 2012, at the Millville Town Hall, 36404 Club House Rd., Millville, DE, to consider the following application:

BOA 04-12 submitted by Shore Pizza LLC t/a Fox’s Pizza Den, Tax Map Parcel #134-12.00-411.00, 38025 Town Center Dr. Units 2 & 3 (formerly 200 B & C Atlantic Ave), for a Special Exception pursuant to Millville Code, Article VI, Section 155-14E (5) as a tavern/bar/night club for the purpose
of serving food and alcoholic beverages consumed on the premises.

This application may be examined prior to the public hearing at the Town Hall, between 9 am & 4 pm, Monday through Friday (closed daily from 12 noon to 1 pm), except holidays. All interested persons are hereby notified to attend the hearing, at which the Board may make a determination without further notice. For those unable to attend, written comments received prior to the hearing will be accepted.
