Ruth U. Gerace, 87

Ruth U. Gerace, 87, of Millsboro, Del., formerly of Pottsville, Pa., passed away Saturday, Feb. 11, 2012, at the Renaissance Nursing Home in Millsboro.

Born in Pottsville, Gerace was employed as a cafeteria worker with the Catholic schools in Pennsylvania before her retirement.

Gerace was preceded in death by her parents, Lee and Ursula (Biltheiser) Eisenhuth, and her husband, Andrew. She is survived by two sons, John and his wife, Drucilla, and Andrew and his wife, Anna Marie; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Services and burial were to be private. In lieu of flowers, the family suggested memorial donations to Renaissance Health Center, Alzheimer’s Unit; 26002 John J. Williams Hwy.; Millsboro, DE 19966, or to Delaware Hospice; 100 Patriots Way; Milford, DE 19963.
