Steven Bennett ‘Steve’ Murray, 35

Steven Bennett “Steve” Murray, 35, of Dagsboro, Del., passed away Thursday, April 19, 2012.

A 1995 graduate of Indian River High School, Murray was known as a talented musician who enjoyed playing in bands with his friends along the shore. He was also an avid New York Giants and Knicks fan.

Murray was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Woodrow and Allene Murray. He is survived by his daughter, Casey Lynn Murray; his mother, Karen Murray; his father, Steve W. Murray and his wife, Cathy; a sister, Kari M. Murray; and his maternal grandparents, Ronald and Gloria McCabe, all of Dagsboro.

A funeral service was scheduled for April 24, 2012, with Melson Funeral Services in Frankford, Del., with interment at St. George’s Cemetery in Clarksville, Del.
