Town of Millville: Property Tax Bills

TOWN OF MILLVILLE PROPERTY TAX BILLS

The Town of Millville will mail annual property tax bills on May 1, 2012. The property tax rate will remain the same at .50 per $100 assessed value. The billing period covers May 1, 2012 through April 30, 2013. Tax bills are due by July 31, 2012. Accounts will be considered delinquent and be assessed late penalty fees after August 1, 2012.
Tax bills are mailed directly to property owners. Property owners who have their mortgage company pay their taxes must contact their mortgage company and arrange for payment. If you have any questions or concerns about your tax bill, please call the Town office at 302-539-0449.
Payments may be mailed or delivered to Town of Millville, 36404 Club House Road, Millville, DE 19967.
