TOWN OF MILLVILLE
PUBLIC NOTICE

The Town of Millville has one (1) Town Council seat available to complete a two (2) year term of a deceased member that expires March 2013. Each Town Council member must be at least 18 years of age, a bona fide resident of the United States and of the State of Delaware and a resident of the Town of Millville for at least ninety (90) days. Each of the qualifications for Town Council member shall be continuing qualifications to hold office and the failure of any of the Town Council members to have any of the qualifications required by Section 5 of the Town Charter during his or her term of office shall create a vacancy in that office. Town Council meetings are typically held on the second Tuesday of each month and Town Council workshops are typically held on the fourth Tuesday of each month. If you are interested in the Town Council seat, please submit a letter of interest no later than May 4, 2012.
