NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN BY the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Ocean View of a review of applications P-258: preliminary site plan and P-260: preliminary subdivision plan submitted by Davis, Bowen & Friedel, Inc. on behalf of Windansea LLC for a Residential Planned Community on a parcel of land located on Muddy Neck Rd. (PIDN: 408.000)( Sussex CTM# 134-17.00-11.00).These reviews are scheduled for 7 p.m. or as soon as possible thereafter on Thursday, May 17, 2012, in the Ocean View Town Hall located at 32 West Avenue.
The appropriate material may be examined by interested parties on the second floor of the Wallace A. Melson Municipal Building located at 201 Central Avenue between 8:30 a.m. and noon and 1 through 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.
All interested parties are welcome to attend and present their views. If unable to attend these reviews, written comments will be accepted but must be received prior to the reviews.
