Notice is hereby given by the Town Council of the Town of South Bethany that the first reading of Ordinance No. 141-08, to amend Chapter 134, vehicles, operation of, to allow enforcement and penalties for offenses of traffic-control devices will be held at the Town Council regular meeting on Friday, March 14, 2008, at 7:00 p.m., at the South Bethany Town Hall.

The Town Council of the Town of Millville has postponed the regular monthly meeting which was scheduled for, Tuesday, March 11, 2008 p.m., and has re-scheduled the meeting for Tuesday, March 18, 2008 p.m.

The Town Council and the Budget and Finance Committee of the Town of Bethany Beach will jointly hold a public hearing on Friday, March 14, 2008, at 2:00 p.m. in the Town Meeting Room, 214 Garfield Parkway, Bethany Beach, DE.

The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments on the proposed Town budget for FY 2009 (the fiscal year beginning April 1, 2008 and ending March 31, 2009).
