Frankford

Frankford will hold its regular town council meeting Monday, Oct. 2, at 7 p.m. The agenda for the meeting includes an update on the water plant project, comprehensive development plan update, public hearing for 69 Clayton Avenue and hearing for the board of adjustment concerning Cedar Lane.

Dagsboro

• Dagsboro will hold their Planning and Zoning meeting on Thursday, Oct. 5, at 7 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Bethel Center on Clayton Street.

• An open house will be held Oct. 19, also in the Bethel Center, from 4-7 p.m., for resident concerns with the new comprehensive plan implementations.

Selbyville

The Selbyville Town Council will hold its regular monthly meeting on Monday, Oct. 7, at 7 p.m. at the town hall.

Sussex County

Sussex County Council will hold its weekly meeting at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 3, at council chambers in Georgetown. Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC) officials will be on hand to discuss the recently-proposed draft of the departments Pollution Control Strategy. The strategy will attempt, if approved, to reduce the amount of nitrogen and phosphorous entering the Indian River and the Indian River, Rehoboth and Little Assawoman bays.
