DSM Commercial recently announced the opening of their second location, in Rehoboth Beach. The expansion into Sussex County is a joint venture in conjunction with the Ocean Atlantic Companies.

Members of the Sussex County Association of Realtors (SCAOR) recently announced their new board of directors for the 2013 calendar year. The incoming directors of the association were named during the organization’s annual banquet on Friday, Dec. 14.

Toys may be dropped off seven days a week between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. at Long & Foster’s Bethany Beach office, located at 33298 Coastal Highway. All donations must be made prior to Dec. 19.
