Long & Foster’s Bethany office now a Toys for Tots collection site

Long & Foster has announced that its Bethany Beach office launched its annual toy drive on Nov. 15 to benefit the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves’ Toys for Tots Campaign. Toys may be dropped off seven days a week between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. at Long & Foster’s Bethany Beach office, located at 33298 Coastal Highway. All donations must be made prior to Dec. 19.

SCAOR: Real estate remains strong through third quarter

The Sussex County Association of Realtors (SCAOR) released third quarter sales numbers last week that they said continue to show a strengthening real estate market in Delaware’s southernmost county. Often seen as an indicator of the overall economy, they said, the data is the latest in a series of strong reports issued by the county’s real estate trade association.
